1. Which floor is the MGM function hall?

A. First floor function hall.

2. Which floor is MGM dining hall?

A. Ground floor dining hall.

3. Is lift facility available?

A. Yes, Lift facilities are available.

4. Do you have additional rooms?

A. Yes, Two rooms behind the stage with toilet, bath room.

 

5. Is the hall and dining hall air conditioned ?

A. Yes, Both the halls are Air conditioned.

6. Can we cook in your facility?

A. No, kitchen facility not available.

7. What is the capacity of the hall?

A. The hall is 120 capacity, Dining hall is 46 capacity.

8. Is electricity bill and cleaning charges included?

A. No, Electricity  charges separate and cleaning charge per session    Rs.500.

 

9. Is parking facilities available?

A. Bike parking is available, two car can be parked (subject to availability. )

10. Is decoration ,vazhai maram inculded?

A. No, It is extra charge and does not include in the rent .

11. Can we do homam in MGM Hall?

A. Yes, homam is allowed.

12. In case of power cut do you have Power back up?

A. Yes, Generator power facility is available, However Air Conditioner and lift will no work during power cuts.

 

13. Is this a vegetarian hall ?

A. Yes, This is for vegetarians only hall.

 

14. What are the timings of morning and evening sessions?

A. Timing for morning is from 5 a.m to 2 p.m

Timing for evening is from  3 p.m till 10 p.m

15. What time can we see the place and book the premises?

A. Any time between 9 a.m -6 p.m Monday till Saturday

16. Can i come on Sunday to see the MGM Hall premises ?

A. Please call and come on Sunday, We will make arrangements for seeing the premises .

17. How can i make the payment and book the premises?

A. You can make the payment Full amount by  cash -cheque

and we do not accept credit cards.

18. How much days in advance do i need to book MGM Hall?

A. Only after Paying full amount as advance we confirm the booking.

19. Do you have speaker , mic, projector, address-al systems?

A. No, We dunt have speakers.

 

20. Can we bring our own caterers , decoration guys?

A. Yes , caterer, decoration will be clients choice .

 

21. Do you have jamkalam ,vessel , panner sombu, manai palagai?

A. Yes.

22. Do you charge for generator separately ?

A. No separate charge for generator.

23. Do you have safety for our things ?

A. We have rooms to lock things up .

24. Can we have buffet in the first floor ?

A. Buffet setup-hand wash only in ground floor.

25. Can we allow our guest to stay over night ?

A.Night stay -per head 250
